Mr. Bansal has advised clients across various sectors on tax compliance, representation in GST and income tax appeals, audit strategy, and effective financial management. With over 28 years of rich experience in the Accounts department, he has developed deep expertise in, taxation, and audit processes. He has worked across various industries, contributing to the financial health and operational efficiency of the organizations he has served.
Ms. Kashish, the Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of Beautex Communication Limited, has achieved the professional milestone of becoming a qualified Company Secretary at the remarkable age of 21, demonstrating exceptional academic rigor and dedication. Adding to her credentials, she has successfully cleared the NISM Series-IX: Merchant Banking Certification Examination and IICA’s Independent Directors Examination.
Ms. Kashish commands more than 2 years of experience in diverse compliances i.e. FEMA compliances, Secretarial compliances, Corporate restructuring and IRDAI compliances etc. Throughout her academic journey, Ms. Kashish has consistently demonstrated her intellectual excellence, securing the first position in all three years of her graduation and added her name in Delhi University topper list. Her academic brilliance has been recognized through numerous awards and scholarships, underlining her discipline, focus, and leadership potential.
